How do we help our clients?

One of our account managers will meet with you to discuss the vacancy and organization. We would like to visit you to discuss this in person and get a better idea of the atmosphere and colleagues.
Then, with the job description in place, we will actively search for suitable candidates in our database, our network, via Linkedin, events and job postings. Through the most appropriate channels we proactively approach the most suitable candidates.
During our selection process we stay in touch. We will provide you with updates and market insights, these are an important part of our transparent approach to a successful placement.
We approach potentially suitable candidates who we really get to know. We want to find out what drives someone. What kind of culture and organization does this person thrive in? And what is the most suitable position for this person.
We qualify potential candidates by setting up interviews, phonecalls, videocalls and personal interviews. Based on a CV, reference check, motivation, discussed conditions and salary expectations, we present the most suitable professionals.
We are happy to assist you during salary negotiations and, if required, we will act as an advisor and/or mediator.

Introduction and discussion of the assignment and requirements

During a personal meeting, one of our senior account managers will discuss the assignment and the key requirements.

Setting up search and personal interviews with candidates

We stand for active recruitment. We approach the most suitable freelancers for your needs, taking rates and availability into account. Additionally, we utilize our database, job postings, network, events, and fairs to select the best candidates.

Introduction of candidates

Prior to the introduction, we always conduct personal interviews and perform a reference check. We propose 2 or 3 suitable CVs, all of which have been qualified by us regarding technical skills. During the interviews, as a client, you only need to decide with whom you have the best chemistry.
