Key Responsibilities
– Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop, execute, and refine targeted online campaigns to generate leads. Ensure campaigns are data-driven and aligned with business goals to maximize lead generation and engagement.
– Lead Nurturing: Engage and nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and ongoing communication, guiding them through the sales funnel. Build and maintain relationships with leads to ensure continued interest and readiness to convert.
– Lead Qualification & Optimization: Analyze and qualify inbound leads from various digital channels, ensuring only high-quality, relevant leads are forwarded to the sales team. Continuously optimize the lead qualification process to improve conversion rates and lead quality. Creating relevant content based on data insights and customer journeys in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and/or agencies.
– Collaboration for Process Optimization: Work closely with the sales and presales teams to ensure the lead qualification and nurturing processes are aligned with sales strategies. Actively contribute to optimizing both the lead generation and sales processes to enhance conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
– Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze website visits, online traffic, and email marketing metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize the lead generation process and enhance lead-to-sale conversion.
What would we like to see from you?
– At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B market;
– Knowledge of B2B marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing & strategy, and account-based marketing;
– You are driven and energised by lead generation;
– Affinity with sales, social media management and advertising;
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
– Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English and preferably also in Dutch, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and nationalities;
– A proactive, curious attitude and the drive to get things done.
