As the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a formalized GRC framework that aligns with business-specific threats and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will play a key role in assessing IT security policies and standards, conducting risk assessments for new IT projects, and recommending compensating controls to mitigate potential vulnerabilities. In addition, you will lead the Third Party Risk Management program and collaborate with internal audit and IT teams to ensure ongoing compliance with IT security policies and standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a robust GRC framework, incorporating standards-based controls to address specific business threats.<\/li>\n<li>Assess, prioritize, and update existing IT security policies and standards to align with the compliance framework.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments for new IT projects, identifying areas of potential technical and process vulnerability, and propose effective compensating controls.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and direction for the Third Party Risk Management program, ensuring proper governance and risk management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in defining, implementing, and maintaining GRC frameworks within diverse business environments.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of common standards such as ISO 27001\/27002\/27005 and IT security risk frameworks like the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 weeks holiday, travel allowance and pension scheme;<\/li>\n<li>The Collective Labor Agreement for the publishing industry, with attractive arrangements.
