Our clients primarily operate in the Engineering and Construction industry, encompassing Oil &amp; Gas exploration and production, platform construction, tunneling, stadium development, and more, spanning regions such as Europe, the United States of America, the Middle East, Western Africa, South East Asia, Japan, and Australia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<br \/>\n<\/strong>We are seeking a communicative and proactive Internal Controls Officer to enhance our organization&#8217;s IT control activities within our dynamic international environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in continuously improving our internal IT controls, ensuring the quality, control, and efficiency of our internal processes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gain a comprehensive understanding of key business processes and internal controls and document them accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the design of these processes and controls to identify areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Review internal policies, procedures, and existing regulations to determine applicable compliance requirements and assess the adequacy of underlying internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute tests of internal controls to evaluate their effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and develop recommendations that add value to our processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Assess information technology control elements to mitigate risks related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information.<\/li>\n<li>Execute other duties and special projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s or Bachelor&#8217;s degree.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in SOC 2 Type II and other relevant certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be highly proactive.<\/li>\n<li>Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and work effectively within a team.<\/li>\n<li>Positive and proactive attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Strong team player with enthusiasm and passion.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an international organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions<br \/>\n<\/strong>We offer a diverse and flexible job in a rapidly expanding international organization with promising future prospects.
