Research and innovation is one of the spearheads.<\/p>\n<p>The team is responsible for protecting the company from threats and comply with the specific regulations and laws, so it can continue to provide uninterrupted services to the mother company. The team is responsible for processes such as Governance, Risk Management &amp; Compliance and IT Business Continuity. Ensuring that organizational activities, like managing IT operations, are aligned in a way that supports the organization\u2019s business goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs incident analysis for escalated incidents L2 or L3<\/li>\n<li>Ensures adequate incident mitigation times<\/li>\n<li>Resolving complex problems and incidents by developing innovative solutions<\/li>\n<li>Keeps the appropriate parties informed of progress on the problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates technical work with other departments and functions<\/li>\n<li>Stays current on technologies supporting SOC operations and ensures familiarity with new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Initiates mitigation action where required within scope of knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Implements incident countermeasures in coordination with other internal groups as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Tracks security incidents to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Assists with incident escalation flow and ticket system integration processes<\/li>\n<li>Assists the incident response team with incident management in accordance with documented policy and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience &amp;
